It was all great, until it was not! We went to buy a new car. The salesman was very helpful, and we quickly negotiated a reasonable deal. After the deal was made, we were left sitting in the cubicle for over an hour, until we were finally asked into the finance office, by a very nice finance guy. He brought up the paperwork, and the numbers did not match what we agreed to. We brought this to his attention and within moments the office was filled with other folks, and I was asked if we were not being treated kindly. I explained everyone was kind, but we need the deal we agreed to. After a quick discussion, it was explained that the $1800 discount on the deal sheet looked to them as +300 (so the difference was around $1500). I do not see how that was possible (see the picture), but they agreed to correct it. The folks left, and the finance guy re-did the paperwork, but the numbers were closer but still not correct. I asked him to review the numbers (go back a screen), and he said he would not, that the deal was take it leave it at this point. He changed from so nice to so mad, very quickly. After the hours we had been there, my exhausted wife said, let’s just do it. I did not agree, but it was her car, so we signed. We then left the finance office, and looked outside, and both cars (our old one the new one) were not there. A few minutes later the salesman arrived in the new car. I asked where the old car was so I could transfer our contents. He explained that he had done that already and put everything in the truck of the new car (see the picture). I guess this may be OK, but I wanted to do this myself. After we arrived home, I recalculated the deal that we had agreed to, applying all the actual numbers for tax and tags, etc and found we were overcharged $429. With a cooler head, I emailed the salesman asking for the difference. He replied and said, “in my heart I believe you … received an excellent deal”. I then emailed the sales manager and then the general manager and received no response. A couple days later I emailed a corporate manager and within 2 hours received a call from the General Manager. We talked and I was finally able to explain the situation, he reviewed the documentation and agreed with my explanation, and we soon received a check for $429! This was a classic bait and switch, high-pressure, long waits, exhaustion, car dealer tactic. I am embarrassed that I succumbed to it and upset that Sheehy felt it necessary to ruin our experience that started so well. What a shame. I cannot recommend Sheehy Nissan. More
I had the most amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. I found my 2025 Nissan Kicks SR online at the Sheehy location in Manassas VA. I placed a finance application online received a call from an awesome salesman Marvin . I explained to him I was approved for this vehicle at a different dealership however they did not have the color I was looking for. I told him I found one at Sheehy in Manassas VA. Let me tell you Marvin went into action he had my deal done in less than 30 mins. The finance manager Andrew called me explained the deal and who was financing me, then emailed me the documents to sign. Two days later Marvin arrived at my home with my new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR. I highly recommend Sheehy Nissan Glen Burnie and ask for my dream team Salesman Marvin C. And Finance Manager Andrew. Thanks Sheehy excellent customer service and a job well done!!!! More
I had a great salesperson - Travis Diggs - who I would highly recommend. The manager, however, refused to give me the online price for the vehicle, insisting it was a military discount, which it absolutel highly recommend. I probably should have walked based on that, but both Travis and the financing guy were so professional and great to work with. I got a fair deal on my trade and they took the time to explain how they came to the valuation. More
Bought a used car. Had to bring it back twice within the first month for a suspension problem. Ultimately they fixed it. Was told that the SUV needs new brakes, new spark plugs, new coolant and the tires are already in the "yellow" / soon to be replaced category. Makes me wonder what they actually looked at before they sold the vehicle. 1st email to the GM was returned regarding the brakes, but now its just crickets from Sheehy. Last 2 emails have gone unreturned. More

SHEEHY Nissan let my truck sit unrepaired for 5 weeks at another authorized Nissan Dealer in N. Carolina and made no attempt in that subsequent 5 weeks to lift a finger to get my Frontier repaired within the 30 day initial dealer warranty period per Toby Kier's orders. You cannot trust this dealer's 30 day dealer repair warranty without threats of litigation and filing a complaint with a case number with NissanUSA Consumer Affairs on my catostrophic failure. BH. This dealership is the worst I have ever had experience with. The service reps are so non-bothered- I don't give a crap, it shocked even me. I had a rattle under my car, the service rep said upon inspection they'd determine the cause and the price. Well, I paid over $100.00 for an oil change and their X point inspection. After the oil change, the rep tells me they didn't find anything wrong!. I left & immediately went across the highway to a muffler company, After 3-5 minutes they told me the heat shield had broke loose. They fixed it and within 30 minutes I was on my way. this was my 2nd time at "Sheety" Nissan. I thought the first time, which was so awful I thought it was just a blip, was an exception. But, guess not. I can't believe how poor the service was and how incompetent the work was. Incredible. More
