I was planning on just "shopping" and was planning on going to another dealership to check out different vehicles. However, my outlook quickly changed once I came to Sheehy Nissan and Nick Baradel introduced himself. Nick did a superb job at identifying what my priorities were and even offered additional solutions (Used vs. New). He was extremely friendly, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and at no time made me feel pressured. He made negotiations easy, had no problem working numbers with me, and remained transparent the entire time (I never felt like he was trying to hide anything). Once I selected my vehicle, Nick was on his way to bring it to the dealership for me, while I worked with Finance. The Finance Director, Kevin Gilbert, was extremely informative, helpful, friendly, and at no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell anything. The entire finance process was smooth, quick, and easy and those words are not typically used when referring to that process. Even the person I had with me said "I will consider Nissan for my next car purchase definitely. I thought your experience was better than mine, and this is coming from someone that bought two cars in the last two years from the same dealership." I honestly cannot say enough good things about Sheehy Nissan and my experience with their employees. This has been the best car purchasing experience of my life and just an enjoyable experience in general. Worst experience . My rogue car is 2 years and 2 months old with 25K miles. From last one year has a cranking sound coming from the engine. Every time I visit the serv . Every time I visit the service center, they just replace oil and does not take seriously about this cranking noise issue. On Jan 16, 2017 I visited, and explained the same problem, I went for ride and service manager (Mike Esprello) also noticed this loud cranking noise. Instead of fixing faulty transmission system they just replaced the engine oil and billed me 136$ for diagnostics and repair (I strongly think this is against the warranty clause, my car is still under warranty). When I asked some one from sales dept. about the bill (as others left the service center by 7:30 PM), he offered me to trade in my car. Totally unacceptable experience from NIssan Sheehy Glen bernie. We worked with Jerome Hodges at the Nissan Dealer. He was very patient and helpful. With his soon-to-be 13 years of experience with the company, he was able to help us look at every aspect of buying a car. He even came on his day off to help finalize everything. I also like how there is a program to help with major mechanical repairs of the car. As everyone knows, car repairs are never cheap. But with Nissan, we have a small payment every month to ensure that our car is running smoothly. Thank you, Jerome. You were a big help. More

Take your car somewhere else for service. My car would not start and I am new to area and needed a repair. Had my car towed to this dealership for repair. Had to call the next day late afternoon and was informed my car still had not been looked at. They do not offer a courtesy car and tried to sell me on a rental they offer. Finally call me back and tell me the repair would be 1000.00 Charged me 725.00 for a 350.00 part. I asked why it was so much and was told " You can ask Service Dept" They couldn't care less about my concern. I had also asked Mike who I dealt with there to put certain things in writing which was not done nor would anyone explain the bill to me. It was sitting with cashier to just pay and get out. I will never take my car here again as clearlythey do not care about the customer, just the money. More
