Best Shopping Experience Ever!! My name is Lester and I am 23 years old. This was also my first car buying experience ever and I must say thanks to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie my e My name is Lester and I am 23 years old. This was also my first car buying experience ever and I must say thanks to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie my experience was very painless. My salesperson Mr. Marvin Cantine was one of the best people I've met in life. He made me and my family feel like his family. He didn't try to force a sale on me and actually did everything in his power to get me the best opportunity for me. After many trips to the dealership and many late nights spend Marvin was really patient and helped me so much. I would recommend anybody that visits this dealership to have Marvin as your salesperson. Ive also come across the salesperson Nick who was a very good person too. In my short encounter of Nick he made the best of accomedations for me and my new vehicle. Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie has a great facility and a great popcorn machine for the customers. My new 2015 Chrysler 300s and myself would like to thank Marvin and Nick for the great customer service and bringing us both together. This dealership gets beyond 5 stars for me!! More

I would highly recommend Jerome as he LISTENED to what I wanted/needed in search of my vehicle and did not try and sell me anything else. The only negative is that too many people reached out to me during the process which I found a bit annoying as I only wanted to deal with my sales person. I bought my vehicle with no haggle! More

Short of excellent Using the Costco program for new cars this dealership seem almost perfect, but, when I opted for a certified used car the Costco program was not accep Using the Costco program for new cars this dealership seem almost perfect, but, when I opted for a certified used car the Costco program was not accepted and the deal & negotiation became a little more of a battle. This was a little disappointing, considering how great they were when you were looking at a new car. Needless to say I did not get the deal that I thought I was due. Why didn't I walk away? This car was awesome, exactly what I was looking for! Marvin, the salesman said "your getting more car for less money than the new car you were looking at"(I knew this, if I would have walked away I may not have been able to find another one for a month or more & from who knows where?). Unfortunately the sales manager, Sam, changed clothes between the "new" car and the "certified used" one. I paid more than the Internet price, couldn't even get a "reasonable" deal on a set of "heavy duty" rubber mats, almost didn't get any gas & it took 2 "extra days" to take delivery due to boo boos! Marvin & Andrew were really great, Brad worked very hard to try to get the administrative crap right, Kevin would come in the back door & redefine the technicalities of all the best add on options & help get through the paperwork. If I had it to do over again I definitely would change tactics. Bottom line, I'm very happy with the car. More

purchased a vehicle our car buying service started out pretty slow. spent almost three hours in the dealership and still hadn't test driven a car and one car we were int our car buying service started out pretty slow. spent almost three hours in the dealership and still hadn't test driven a car and one car we were interested in most couldn't be found at the time. went back next day and car was found. and went back a third time to purchase the vehicle. sales people were friendly and the car we bought we really liked. only major frustration was the amount of time we spent at the dealership overall. thanks for selling us a car that we like.
