I had a rattle under my car, the service rep said upon inspection they'd determine the cause and the price. Well, I paid over $100.00 for an oil change and their X point inspection. After the oil change, the rep tells me they didn't find anything wrong!. I left & immediately went across the highway to a muffler company, After 3-5 minutes they told me the heat shield had broke loose. They fixed it and within 30 minutes I was on my way. this was my 2nd time at "Sheety" Nissan. I thought the first time, which was so awful I thought it was just a blip, was an exception. But, guess not. I can't believe how poor the service was and how incompetent the work was. Incredible. More
Like others, I would give Sheehy of Glen Burnie zero stars if possible. I'm not one to write reviews but the terrible resolution to an issue I had with Sheehy of Glen Burnie makes me want to warn others stars if possible. I'm not one to write reviews but the terrible resolution to an issue I had with Sheehy of Glen Burnie makes me want to warn others. I brought in my car to have the spare key reprogrammed. I was told the service would take 1 hr. After almost 2 hours and no notification that the service was completed, I went into the Service Department. I was told by Jenali (the Service Manager) that there is a "situation." There is a slot in the car needed to reprogram the key that was missing. He told me I should have notified him that piece was missing. I knew it was missing (because there was a hole in the dashboard) but had no idea what the importance of the slot was. The mechanic should have known and not started the process without letting me know. What happened was they WIPED my functioning key. So I had a non-functioning car for 3 days untiI they could order the missing part and install it. I was not offered any kind of compensation for this issue that they created. Before starting the process, they should have contacted me, reported the problem and let me decide on a time schedule that worked for me and my budget. My $180 service now cost me $636.73 ($338 of that labor). I reached out to the General Manager, Joe Blanco and his resolution: "I will credit your account for $100 to use for your next service. We hope to retain as a valued customer for the years to come. " When I asked if the $100 could be taken off the amount I already paid, the response to that was "I understand your concerns but that does not change the fact that the services were rendered." So they are willing to give me $100 on another service there- probably knowing I will never get service there again and let everyone I know not to go there. I wasn't looking for a completely free solution but being without a car for 3 days because of a situation they caused that was aviodable, I feel they should have given me a break of at least $200 on the labor cost. In conclusion, unless you have no other choice, I would find a different Nissan Dealer/Service Department to use to service your car. More
Wanted to thank Sherika Adams for her excellent customer service she was a big help to me an my husband she answered all our questions she even went out of her way to help me better understand about extende service she was a big help to me an my husband she answered all our questions she even went out of her way to help me better understand about extended warranties an printed out a bunch of different ones to choose from giving me her professional opinion on which one would be best for us. She made our experience very pleasant. We got a car back within a few hrs fixed an we ended up not even having to pay for the service just the $40.00 for the rental car. We will definitely be bringing our car back in the future. More

When he left he noticed multiple, probably over 20, small chips in the paint that are spread across the front section of the hood. There were NO chips before it went to Sheehy and none on the rest of the vehicle. The Service Manager says they’re not responsible. They weren’t short staffed when I purchased the platinum service. If you can’t handle the volume of service appointments maybe you should schedule less appointments More

Sitting the waiting room they passed out a pamphlet about new purchases. I looked it over. I found Elle and Mike who sold me my last Rogue to inquire about 2018. All is history. I drove out with a new 2018 Rogue. More
