During the summer of 2009 I wanted to purchase a sports car and had gone to a few Nissan dealerships looking for a 370z. There really wasn't a lot of haggling, the guys on the sales team were all really friendly and they put up with my whining and mulling over little flaws. There was actually a problem with the original door material which the promptly replaced the entire thing, it wasn't really their issue but they were kind enough to do so. I have actually recommended them a few times, even bringing a friend who eventually bought a Rogue from there. I would highly recommend shopping there for your next car. Currently I am in the process of helping my girlfriend purchase something and I have been reminded every weekend on test drives from other dealerships just how much dealers can suck. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. SHEEHY NISSAN is full of lying employees who lie through their teeth and try to act all non-chalant about it. Not only did they try to play around with the price (basically hook line and sinker - where they offer you a low price then add a bunch of fees (unneeded and unwanted on top), but they claim they have good deals when in reality they don't. (Note, if you want a GOOD Nissan dealership, go to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax and ask for Paul the salesman and James the Manager - they will help you immensily) I came in a few times to test drive cars there (Cube, Rogue, Murano), and liked the cars there, but the way they constantly lie left me uneasy. What was the final straw though was when I came to test drive and accidently left my hat in a car I test drove, and the next time I came to buy a car I had noticed my hat was in the GM's desk area back corner. This hat you can't buy at stores anywhere in this area or nearby...I got it up in Cleveland, OH and paid good money ($35) for it. It was a fitted hat that was mine (I had ways to prove - but they didn't listen to em). I had inquired on the fact I had lost that exact hat a few weeks earlier (I had come back the next day to Sheehy Ford and Subaru (same lot) - who mind you came out AND HELPED ME OUT - but Nissan lied) - and after a lengthy pause, one stated it was the GM's hat (I literally could have eaten an entire Five Guys burger before they answered). I went to this dealership because my Maxima was making a funny noise when I made left hand turns. I was on the road at the time traveling from out of state and just went to this dealership because it was t funny noise when I made left hand turns. My car is out of warranty and I went into this thinking this service was going to cost me a fortune. Based on my past experiences with other dealerships I just knew that they would also find all kinds of other things that needed to be done. I was a state away from where I live and traveling to see my sick grandmother and did not have the option of using my local old reliable mechanic back in North Carolina. Well to make a long story short my expectation that this dealership would disappoint me as others had in the past was wrong. Not only did they service my car and fix the problem for a low price they took sympathy on my circumstances and gave me a wild card coupon. In addition to this the manager,Shane Mullins, actually took the time to talk to me when she was obviously very busy and expedited my repair so that I was able to make it to Pennsylvania in time to see my Grandmother one last time. Customer service as good as these kind people provided is hard to find in this day and age. I just wish I lived closer so I could give them all of my business. I was hearing a rattle in my extra for a month or so now and finally couldn't stand it anymore so made an appointment and took it in. They were very patient (the noise wasn't that loud except to me), at an and finally couldn't stand it anymore so made an appointment and took it in.
