Rip-off alert!! I had my xterra checked out for a check engine light b/f and after i took it to sheehy.. both b/f and after (reputable places) said the exact same thing... sheehy says something completely engine light b/f and after i took it to sheehy.. both b/f and after (reputable places) said the exact same thing... sheehy says something completely different.. the funny thing is the two reputable places i took it to said that i had a GROSS leak in my vent control valve (which is what sheehy SUPPOSEDLY did a year ago when it was a MINOR leak code) SO, sheehy says it was my FUEL tank for $900!! which had nothing to do w/ those codes!! not only that but they cleared my codes w/o my permission b/f i got it back.. sheehy = RIP-OFF if they don't try to BLATENTLY rip you off then they will do it w/ their LABOR costs and jacked up parts costs! also: after i took the customer survey and emailed the North American President of Nissan... they now have a woman named SHANE calling and harrassing me! hanging up and cursing at me for filling out the survey the way i did! BUYER BEWARE STAY-AWAY!? More

The salesman, Ben Montgomery was anything but your typical idea of a pushy car dealer. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and then took the time to explain the features we were interested in. He never pushed, and truly made us feel that he was there to serve us. We did our homework, came back with a price, and they were willing to work with us. Everything was completely up front, easy, and comfortable, a total pleasure from beginning to end. And to top it off, they had to bring our car in from New Jersey, but before they let us drive it off, they gave us a full tank of gas! I would absolutely recommend Sheehy motors to friends, and especially Ben and Arthur as salesmen. More

We were at the dealership for about 2 hours, more so because my wife and I were discussing which options to have in the car. David accomodated us with our requests and the next we new we were in the finance office signing paperwork. It was one of our top 2 best experiences in purchasing a car! More

He wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted in our vehicle including the color.Arthur showed a sincere interest in helping us and as such created a loyal customer. Today we picked up the vehicle which had been prepped perfectly. Every operation of the car was explained to us in detail by Gary. Arthur took the time to talk to us to be sure we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle and the dealership. Gary made sure we understood he was there for us anytime we had a question, even as we drove our car out of the dealership. I was looking for a Nissan Frontier King Cab Pick-up and they were very responsive from the minute I walked in the door. I a short test drive (my choice) I learned about the features of the Frontier directly while driving it. It took me about a week to finalize the sale as I was disposing of another vehicle to obtain cash for the down payment. Follow-up during this period was purposeful but not annoying. I am a real estate broker so I know "annoying". All in all it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the folks at Sheehy Nissan in Springfield Virginia. F. A. In fact when dealing with their local competition I refused to do business with two of them that were rude and condescending.
