Today I came to pick up my car and pay for services that was rendered. After attempting to use my debt card, the representative stated only $500 was taken from my card. I stated that the money was in my acc was rendered. After attempting to use my debt card, the representative stated only $500 was taken from my card. I stated that the money was in my account but he insisted that $500 was not taken out of my account and proceeded to charge me the full amount plus the $500. I tried to tell him that the money was pending in my account and that the balance of the bill should be taken. However in order to get my car, the service representative charged me the original balance due even though he had already taken $500. This, causing an overpayment of $500. I hope I will never use Sheehy Nissan again because the customer service I received was already extremely poor. I made a formal complaint previously and the general manager convinced me to give Nissan another opportunity to correct their poor customer service. In addition during this service, my car had been kept for a complete day and I received a call at the end of the day that my car would be ready the next day. I went to the dealership and discovered my car had not even been worked on at all. I will definitely be writing a letter to the corporate office as well. And I will be informing as many as I can on all social media platforms not to ever go to Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. This has been the most terrible experience ever regarding servicing of my car!!! More

As far as the people I dealt with, first class, every single one! The reason I subtracted one star for the dealership is that the wait for the finance part of the sale was hours long— It left me tired single one!
