We bought a used car from Sheehy and began to have multiple problems with the car. The brakes, speakers, and finally the tires. After 3 weeks in the car and not even making my first car payment, all of our tires started to seep air and go flat daily. When took it to the shop and we were told we needed 4 new tires!! We were completely frustrated and done with the car. It was causing more problems than it was worth and we felt like we were sold a terrible car. We made our complaints to the managers and service techs. We were offered the opportunity to be put in a new car with a slight increase in the monthly payment. Overall the sales and service people were helpful and willing to work with us. More

I entered Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf Service Center AS A NEW CUSTOMER on Thursday, 4/7/21 after Firestone of Waldorf referred me there to repair my 2009 Infiniti M35X. Firestone diagnosed correctly (Codes NEW CUSTOMER on Thursday, 4/7/21 after Firestone of Waldorf referred me there to repair my 2009 Infiniti M35X. Firestone diagnosed correctly (Codes P1217 and P2A03) - as was confirmed by Sheehy Nissan on 4/8/21; my car needed a new radiator and thermostat. The service representative told me the parts needed to be ordered. On Friday, 4/9/21, she said the radiator did not come in, so my car would not be repaired before Monday. I asked for a loaner car, and she told me she was waiting for one to be returned and would call me back. She never called back, although I left several messages for her. The Sheehy answering service also left messages for the service representative to get back in contact with me. She never responded, so I was without a loaner car for the weekend. On Monday, 4/12/21, I began calling the service department again, but could only leave a message. I also sent this representative a text message, but still no response. I called again and reached the service manager. He told me my car was repaired, that the technicians had reset all warning lights, added coolant, and the car was ready for pickup. I paid the bill online. When I got back into my car later that day, the steering wheel was at an angle - although I was driving straight down the highway. Also, the warning lights were still on (SLIP and VDC OFF). I immediately turned around and drove my car back to the Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf Service Center. I received a call from the service representative on Tuesday morning, 4/13/21, to state that she was not in the office on 4/12/21. If this is how new customers are treated at a Sheehy dealership, I want no parts of it anymore. More

Im so glad I answered when Jason called about a car I inquired about. I had tons of questions before even going to see the car and he gladly answered them to the best of his ability.
