RIDICULOUS First off Mr. Cypress was the best salesman EVER. Had a great experience with him. Within 24 hours of me purchasing the car which before I even left t First off Mr. Cypress was the best salesman EVER. Had a great experience with him. Within 24 hours of me purchasing the car which before I even left the lot I pointed out to RICK that the front tire was going flat and something was right with it, less then 3 hours of me purchasing the car my tire goes flat. So I had to go back down there the very next day for service. The service guy GIO , is very disrespectful!!! To the point I wanted too get my money back! I was telling him that 2 of my hubcaps where missing when i brought the car they said it was on there , which i didnt see it so the manager said hes not gonna pay for more because all four was on there , 2nd i told them that on all four of the tires the rims were bent and that i had bad rims they said they were fine next thing you know my VW rims came off , due too the fact that the rims are so bent. So they so called fix the issue. Next thing you know the service light comes on AGAIN. So I had too make another trip to Nissan , because my rims were bent to the point air kept coming out. The third day was because when I turned my wheel its soumd like its draggin really bad . I live in DC so back and forth out waldorf for three days straight in traffic is a mess. Gio is NOT a good service person. He deals with you because he haft too not because he geninuly wants to help fix the problem. Even one of the workers there said Gio gets that frustrated because he dont like when his cars come back (which he shouldnt let the customers realize) , Gio needs too take his time and stop doing a rush Job maybe things will be better. One of the reason I didnt go and get my money back was because of RICK. I know he geninuly cared about me being happy. Its too the point now where i dont wanna deal with none of the service people and i jus wanna get my money back. I wouldnt recommend service here to ANYBODY!!!!! More
Excellent service He never push to sell anything. That is a big deal for me. Also easy to price match. Other Nissan could not do the price match. Good First Time Car Buying Experience...BUT I spoke too soon on my previous review of this dealership. The sales person was great, and he even had the car shipped to their dealership from anothe I spoke too soon on my previous review of this dealership. The sales person was great, and he even had the car shipped to their dealership from another Sheehy. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. After almost a month and a half, my temporary tags were about to expire, and I had not been contacted by the dealership to pick up my permanent tags. I called at least 3 separate times and was told that they will be in soon and it could take up to 6 weeks for permanent tags to come in. After my temp tags were about to expire in 5 days, I called again because I knew something wasn't right and my tags should have been in by now. I was finally told that I would have to bring my car back to the dealership because the MD Inspection paper work had been lost. I would have to have the car re-inspected and then my tag paperwork could be submitted. My question to them was, when did they realize this issue, and why wasn't I contacted sooner? I told them that I needed to come in ASAP because my temp tags were about to expire, and I shouldn't have to wait for the inspection since it was their fault they lost the paperwork. I scheduled an appointment for an early Saturday morning, and waited almost 2 hours before I asked to speak to a manager. I explained why I had to come back after just purchasing the car, and the apologetic manager got the issue taken care of right away. I was able to leave within 20 mins of speaking with him with a new set of temp tags. Finally, 3 months after purchasing the car, I got my permanent tags. The car did not have a front tag bracket, and I was told that they would have to drill the plate directly onto the bumper. I asked why couldn’t they put a bracket on, and I was told they only come with new cars or if they are already on used cars. I’m thinking in my head, after all that I have been through, the least they can do is give me a bracket! I again asked to speak with a manager, and after a lot of run around and being offered a cracked used bracket off an older model car, he finally gave me a "We Owe You" for the bracket and installation. The kind Service Manager O'Riley saw my frustration and installed the bracket and plate on the car instead of making me wait even longer or having me come back since I live so far from the dealership. Now that I finally have my plates, I hope I don't have to go back to that dealership for a long time. The dealership has a few friendly staff members, but you have to kick and scream for them to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and inconveniencing you. The communication between departments needs work, and making a customer feel valued could use some improvement. More

Excellent service Although I did not end up purchasing a car from Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf, I was very impressed with the sales department. Nick showed me the cars and their finance department helped me to figure out payment and finance information. They were not pushy at all and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a late model used car I found somewhere else that better fit my financial situation, but sheehy was great! More

It started with the wonderful receptionist that greeted us as we stepped through the door and even tried to help us find the car online that I was interested in since they were a little short staffed that morning. Then the pleasant manager I believed was James White stopped what he was doing to show us a few cars. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. When the staff started making it in Mr. White introduced us to Nick Suter who was awesome. He took his time finding out what my needs were and told me everything I needed to know about Nissans since this would be my first time purchasing one. There was no high pressure selling and everything went smoothly. I will recommend Sheehy Nissan and Nick Suter to all my friends and family. More
