#1 in Customer Sevice and Professionalism. The BEST! On Sunday, Dec 6th I went to this Dealership to look at a 2012 Nissan Quest. I did my research on the vehicle prior to going to this dealership. Ric On Sunday, Dec 6th I went to this Dealership to look at a 2012 Nissan Quest. I did my research on the vehicle prior to going to this dealership. Rick Cypress greeted me and he took me out for the test drive of this vehicle. During the test ride, Rick was able to share a lot of information and knowledge about the Nissan Quest in general. I had made the decision this was the vehicle for me. However, with my pay off and the price of the 2012 model, Rick and James the General Sales Manager quickly realized I could be in a new 2015 Nissan Quest versus the 2012 Quest and still be within my budget. After looking at their figures, I agreed a 2015 Quest would keep me in my budget and I would be in a new car. Rick and James and their team went to work on finding a 2015 Quest that would keep me in my budget. All I can say is, had it not been for James, making calls around the clock that Monday and locating a 2015 for me, I would not be driving a 2015 Nissan Quest today. This Nissan Team is one heck of a family. Rick, James, Anne, Jennie and Danielle went over and above to help me with getting this Quest and iron out those little details. I even got financed with a low rate (awesome). Everyone I met was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great experience in this dealership and definitely not the typical dealership at all. One of several things I noticed different about this dealership, is that they go out of their way to communicate with you and keep you informed.
