Unhappy customer. I'm very unhappy, I had my car repaired for an control steering/suspension and the job was not done correct. I had to return my vehicle for a rattle sound, which turned out to be loose bolts and now I'm back again for the same sound, I sent the manager a email, with no response. I can't believe that this has not be handled correctly. I pray that this is correct this time or I may have to write the corporate head office. More

Very easy to work With and got me what I Wanted I didnt think I would be approved for a loan because I had a recept bankrputcy thzt was discharged but they got me approved and the car I wanted. Proffesional, Upfront, and EASY to work with Called the dealership in reference to purcahsing a new vehicle. Spoke with Nick and setup an appointment for next day. At this point I was unsure if this was the vehicle I was going to purchase or not anyway and told Nick that, he said "It would be his pleasure to show me everything that the Nissan Altima had to offer to help me make a more informed decision on my upcoming vehicle purchase". Those words really resignated with me since at this point I was in between the Nissan Altima, the Toyota Camry, and the Hyundai Sonota to replace my aging Honda Accord (Rip Blue). I went to the other dealerships first and was glad I did. Nick really took the time to show me not only everything the Altima had to offer and with no pressure to buy. For me, that really earned my trust. One thing I can not stand when going to a car dealership is the abbrasive and aggresive manner of most dealerships. NICK and Sheehy were far from that. They made me feel at home and made my car buying decision very easy. I am LOVING my NEW ALTIMA!!!!! I highly recommend!! More

Outstanding Sales and Service I purchased my first 2010 Nissan Murano from Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf and was impressed with the sales person's knowledge of the vehicle and his profe I purchased my first 2010 Nissan Murano from Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf and was impressed with the sales person's knowledge of the vehicle and his professionalism which made the buying a very, very enjoyable process. Additionally, I didn't feel pressured and all costs were transparent to meet at purchase time. In addition to the sales staff, I was extremely happy with the Service Department and the way they treated me and my vehicle each time I brought it in for service. Five years later, I went in for my regularly scheduled maintenace and started talking with the salespeople (David Soto) I met earlier in 2015 (my previous salesperson retired) and offered me to take the new 2015 Nissan Murano for a test drive. No pressure at all to buy. So, when I took my 2010 in for service several months later, I pulled the thread asking what they could offer me to trade my vehicle in for the 2015 Murano. All I can say is Wow. Dave was incredible to work with. I got a really good deal on the new vehicle. Dave did not pressure me, was extremely knowledgeable, and treated me with the highest respect and made buying a new vehicle so enjoyable. I do hope Dave is there when I buy another Murano from Sheehy Nissan several years down the road. Thanks again Dave for all your help. More

I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the BEST Customer Service experience I have EVER had when buying a new car. Nick made it a very easy decision for me and my wife to purchase from Sheehy and will absolutley refer any friends or family to go see him when buying a new car. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, did a majority of the paperwork part through email and phone communication, had the car already detailed and gassed when we arrived for our set appointment, and was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! Not to mention beat pricing I receieved from other "local" dealerships. Go See Nick Suter!!!! More
