Buying a car takes a couple hours between test drive and "working the numbers"; during the entire time we were there, every person we encountered was courteous and professional. Although we were pre-approved for financing through our bank, the dealership offered us a great deal on the financing through them that included a lower APR and a cash rebate on the sale price of the vehicle! As soon as we entered the dealer at the parking lot we were greeted by Rick Cypress the Sales car dealer with a friendly smile and professional manner. Immediately we had a connection with him, he showed us the cars available but he also showed us how inexpensive and great deals he had for us buying a Brand New Car versus a Used Car for pretty much same price...What a great deal I said . ....He took his time explaining the advantages of buying a new car...Which we were convinced that he was right. He was not pushy at all after negotiating prices , we bought my first brand new Nissan Sentra 2015. I'm extremely thankful that he was a our sales person.
