Awesome customer service I love going to this dealership because I always received the best customer service from Mia Quiles. She is the best! My sister and I had issues befor I love going to this dealership because I always received the best customer service from Mia Quiles. She is the best! My sister and I had issues before at this dealership with their old general manager William Gray ( very rude guy) which made me not want to recommend this dealership to anyone and I really did not want to go back. I usually go for my oil changes (VIP deal) and if I have questions about any of my deals and I can always count on Mia to make sure I am updated on things and that I am alright. She introduced me to the new general manager ( he seems very nice) which she did not have to do but it a good part of great customer service. I always look forward to seeing her when I go in and I always appreciate her help. They need to keep people like her around because she is great with customers. More

With Conrad, I layed it all out what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He didn't try to persuade me to purchase or look at any other cars.
