I traveled 150 miles round trip multiple times because of their stellar customer service. Specifically, Chris LaPorte, helped me get into the EXACT car that I wanted. He was transparent, fair, and accommodating. Most importantly, the emphasis was on my, the customer, happiness and satisfaction, rather than the typical emphasis seen with many car dealers on making a quick buck. I changed my mind over and over again about what vehicle, trim level, and options I wanted. Chris was patient and helped me along the way. Chris went above and beyond in assisting me and went as far as to find a way to get me into an Outback limited with the exact package and build I wanted, even though Subaru had stopped taking new orders for that specific package car. What’s telling most of all, is the current car market is a sellers market and he could have spent his time and energy moving on to other clients who were not as cumbersome and wishy-washy the way I had been. Shabir Baba was extremely helpful & supportive. I purchased from Florida because a 2022 BRZ was extremely difficult to find. I have family in Arlington so when he responded to my True Car request i I purchased from Florida because a 2022 BRZ was extremely difficult to find. I have family in Arlington so when he responded to my True Car request it seemed a good fit. I had no knowledge of the Sheehy dealerships so everything was based around True Car and Shabir. It took a long time for the BRZ to arrive and when it did they honored their price unlike many other dealers especially Toyota dealers selling the 86. Gettlel Toyota in Bradenton FL added not only a hefty $7k dealer profit, truly noted that way, then added paint protection, window film and others. Not Sheehy! Shabir not only helped there also with good terms on financing. It was a pleasure working with both Shabir but also the finance manager who’s card I did not get and who’s signature I cannot read on my paperwork. No pressure to purchase add ons either. Usually I wouldn’t write a review, but how I couldn’t,when we had a such wonderful experience. From the second Sajjad walk up, we felt at home.
