Excellent assistance by Mr. Larry McGill and Mr. Chris Barr I walked into this dealership a month ago looking for an Impreza. I was given the information I needed and was also advised to consider a Legacy, what I walked into this dealership a month ago looking for an Impreza. I was given the information I needed and was also advised to consider a Legacy, what I did. On my way out, Mr. Chris Barr, the Branch Manager greeted me and reassured me that Mr. McGill and himself would make sure I had my requests fully met. I emailed Mr. Larry McGill and Mr. Chris Barr thanking them for their attention and promising to keep in touch. I forgot about it and I was never subject to any pressure, either by phone or email. They gave me the space I needed to make my own decision. One month later, I walked back into the dealership and told Mr. McGill that I was ready to buy a Legacy fully loaded in a chosen color. As they did not have the car in stock or in the pipeline, the car would have to be specially ordered, what was fine with me. I left the $ 500 deposit and prepared to wait the six weeks till my car would be produced and sent to the dealership. As lucky would have it, Mr. McGill called me the day after my visit telling that the factory had just released a car fully meeting my specifics, bar the remote engine start but this could be installed at the dealership before delivery. And the car happened to have all-weather floor liners which I would not be charged for, as they were not part of the extras I had requested. The day after Mr. McGill called me to say my car had just arrived and was being unloaded. He asked me when I could go and see it and I stated that I would go the next day. Indeed I went to the dealership to see my new car and from the moment I arrived the process was on full throttle and, even tough I had not prepared myself to take delivery of the car then, I ended driving home in the new car. All had been so fast and efficient that, when I got home I saw there were details in the paper work, namely the after sales services that I had not considered, that needed to be removed from the contract. Having driven to the dealership the following day, unannounced, Mr. Chris Barr assured me all would be corrected to meet my wishes and in a few minutes that had been done. I want to recognize Messieurs Larry McGill and Chris Barr for their professionalism and excellent service all the way through. They promised they would meet my requests and they have absolutely delivered. As I told Messieurs Larry McGill and Chris Barr, I am now the happy owner of a Subaru Legacy. Joao Salomao More

Dul and Kevin promptly corrected these issues. However, had the service technicians been competent, it would’ve been a great car from the beginning. We purchased the car (which is a good car after safety issues were fixed). We had our own financing done so it was pretty much sign and drive. I would not recommend the service department at all. However, I needed another car and quickly. Two of my co-workers had recently purchased Subarus in the last two years. They are now huge Subaru fans. One of them connected me with Chris La Porte of Sheehy Subaru and before I knew it, I was picking up my new baby Nectar, a beautiful 2019 sunshine orange Crosstrek. Chris was super patient with me as I was all over the place and many times unresponsive because I had a lot going on with work and life. It's only been two months. Sheehy Subaru far exceeded our expectations (and was much better than a root canal). The process was quick, painless, and the customer service was phenomenal. We connected with Rajan in advance and he was an excellent resource answering our questions before we event set foot at Sheehy. When we arrived, we had done a great deal of research and were ready to test drive. Chris immediately greeted us with a smile and answered any questions that we had. There was no pressure and we felt that we were being given an honest assessment of the cars in their lot. We then were seamlessly transitioned to Rajan (who was working with another customer when we arrived). Rajan was fantastic from start-to-finish! He took us on test drives so that we could get a sense for the features of the car, answered every and all of our questions, and truly is a subaru aficionado! Rajan shared his perspectives, the trade-offs of each car, and showed us features that we did not even know existed. He was friendly, candid, and did not pressure us into a sale. When we closed, Rajan worked through the numbers with us and gave us a great price (given our research ahead of time, we expected to haggle, but this was haggle-free and a solid price). We then worked with Antonio on financing - he was also fantastic as he was personable, friendly, and gave some great advice. From start-to-finish our experience with Sheehy was nothing short but fantastic and we really owe it to Rajan and the Sheehy team for helping us drive off the lot with our new car! More
