Quality People! I was in the market for a used pickup truck. The entire staff was pleasant and I dealt specifically with Andrew Yeboah who was amazing. He was extremely helpful and gave unbiased opinions on everything which made me feel more comfortable. I really appreciate the energy around the Dealership. Everyone is friendly and everyone is willing to make you feel relaxed as best as possible. I did not buy a truck from them but the information they gave me was remarkable and helpful. I would completely recommend this dealership to a friend and look forward to returning to them for my next car purchase! More

I was raised in a family that thought buying from a dealership was for suckers. My wife’s family is the complete opposite. After accompany her father a handful of times to his home Subaru dealership in Chicago, I witnessed what buying a car from a good dealership could mean. There’s a sense of family, with the staff knowing who you are and treating you with respect. I knew then and there that I wanted that type of service. I’ve always been a Subaru fan and did my research on not only the newest Subaru models but also on all of the dealerships within a couple hour radius of Washington, D.C. Sheehy stood out online, though they weren’t the first dealership I would visit. I’ve always been a sucker for Honda as well. A visit to a dealership, I’ll leave unnamed left me shocked and a bit disillusioned. The salesperson actually admitted to me that she didn’t know much about cars. I’ll give her one for honesty but I’m not really interested in buying a car from someone who doesn’t have the passion for what they sell. Sheehy was my second stop and from the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed. Not in a, “Hey!!! Let me sell you something!” way but in a “Hey! We’re comfortable with who we are and what we sell!” way. I was lined up with Dul Ganchimeg as a salesperson. I felt him out and was pleasantly surprised that his passion for cars as well as Subaru was authentic and extensive. He knew the current as well as past models of Subaru, forwards and backwards. It was refreshing to sit down with someone after hours of researching on the internet and be surprised. I’ll admit I would have loved to order a custom Forester but didn’t have the luxury of waiting 4-6 weeks. Which Dul had no problem helping me with. He wasn’t concerned with moving their existing inventory off the lot, he was interested in what was best for me and my family. Or he did a xxxx good job of making me believe that. We went for a test drive in one of the three models they had listed on their website. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t surprised by how great of a car the 2017 Forester XT Touring was. After as much research as I had done, I would have only been surprised if it didn’t live up to the hype. My only complaints are the lack of a black leather option, the clumsy digital media interface, and the inability to upgrade the fog lights to LED. Dul didn’t try to up-sell me on anything. He knew enough about me and my needs by that point that when I asked him to up sell me on a feature, he laughed and said he could but it wouldn’t be anything I needed. I was set after the drive to buy the Forester and do so through Dul. But I wanted to get a better feel for the dealership as a whole. While getting coffee I struck up quick conversation with two of young auto technicians who were also getting coffee. I really wish I had gotten their names as they more than likely bleed Subaru STI Rubine Red. Get those guys a promotion! We had some issues with a certain credit bureau because of a legal name change I recently went though. But no challenge is too big for the staff at Sheehy Subaru! Sabrina and Carol from the finance department were absolutely the best to me. They actually commented that it was a good experience because they learned how to deal with this if it happens again in the future. When a team of people sees what others might consider a problem as a learning experience, well that’s a team you want on your side. Long story short, this wasn’t just one phone call, fix it kinda of situation. They went above and beyond to help me make calls and send faxes! Don’t change your name but if you do, Sheehy’s got your back. Dul, knew I’d probably be looking to customize my new Forester as soon as possible. He introduced me to Raj, another salesperson who has the most kick xxx 2017 Forester. He was really cool to talk with and patiently answered all my questions dealing with the modifications he had installed. This team doesn’t sell cars. They share their passion for Subaru and this great adventure we call life. I never thought I’d say this but I can’t wait to have my car serviced. Bravo Sheehy!! Had we gone directly to Sheehy Subaru and found "Tee", we would have been quite better served earlier. The long day only reinforced the honest, integrity-driven quality we experienced. We bought a dream truck that was used, but quite thoroughly restored and pampered. We paid cash for it and gained a great deal. Unfortunately, we were rear-ended recently, and we are going back to buy another from him. Sorry I did not post this sooner as too few of us write the positives...They even paid for our MD inspection and transfer!!! More
Amazing experience! You if you ever want to buy a Subaru you must go to Sheehy Subaru of Springfield. Once you get there ask for Andrew Yeboah. If he is out ask for Greg Maslowski or Chris Barr. I love these guys. They help me get two cars a Subaru Outback in 2016 for my wife and I just got yesterday a 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport. This team is a winning combination extremely professional, easy to work with and their customer service is off the charts. I could not be more happy with our purchases and the service department as we serviced the 2016 Outback. If I had 10 stars I would have given them 10 out 10 but since I have 5 stars to give out 5 they deserve all of them. More

We own a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria which we purchased new from Sheehy Ford in January 1999 and felt confident that Sheehy Subaru would prove to be a sound choice from whom to purchase our new car. We are not disappointed. From the get-go we were treated with professional courtesy and genuine interest in what we wanted for our new car. Corey T. Jeffers and Mohammad Ali were top notch in their presentations, knowledge, and assistance with our many questions. We used a car buying service to spec out our new Subaru and when we were discussing the 0% APR sale price with Corey, he informed us of yet another special savings program underway at the dealership which we were not aware of and we are extremely satisfied with the final sale price. Mohammad carefully explained the benefits and related costs of the extended warranty, exterior and interior protection, and after-sale VIP maintenance programs. No hassles, no rushing, no arm twisting, no coercion of any kind - just plain honest up front facts for our decision making. When we took delivery of the car on Sunday January 8, 2017, Corey took extra time to fully demonstrate the many new features of our new Subaru Forrester. We can't say too much about the superb professionalism of the Sheehy Subaru Sales and Finance Teams - they are just great people! More
