Having decided to wait until the 2016s were introduced, I contacted Larry McGill of Sheehy Subaru with my preferences. He found what I wanted on the way to the dealership so I reserved it. He quoted me what I considered to be a great price and kept me informed of progress and the car's arrival. When we went in to check it out, Larry could not have been more helpful or professional. Once we decided to buy, he, the vehicle prep staff, and financial person--Sabrina Morgan--made the entire purchase process as efficient as I've ever seen one in my many years of car buying experience. I love the car, and look forward to receiving the few add-ons that are owed to me in short order. More

Tom Reber is what every dealer should be! We stopped by Sheehy Subaru to just get an idea of what I wanted to do with my truck as far as a trade in. However, what was not the norm was that Tom Reber gave us a ton of information regarding what we were thinking about doing and put no pressure on us for a sale. I stated that I wanted to price other options at other dealers and he hardly resisted. Being so kind and informative and by not putting unneccesary pressure on us made us come back to Tom even though we moved out of the area! GREAT JOB TOM! More

Prior to here, I had been to another dealer the day before and left undecided about which Subaru I wanted due to lack of information or their interes Prior to here, I had been to another dealer the day before and left undecided about which Subaru I wanted due to lack of information or their interest in assisting. The moment I got to Sheehy and wandered around the lot, Corey Jeffers came out to greet me and my husband. He was personable and took us into his office and listened to my concerns about how nervous I was with bigger cars like the Forester. He then advised us and showed us what he had in stock and what was a good choice and brought out the car for viewing and test driving; including the Forester! I had only just returned from Japan and was nervous to drive it out but Corey encouraged me to try it and even showed me how easy it was to use the back up camera!! He took time showing all the features etc with us and he even helped me test drive another Subaru too! I write this because if it had not been for Corey explaining the benefits of a Forester( spacious, safe for family) over a Cross Trek, I would have bought the latter due to my fear of driving bigger cars. The rest of the process was smooth except for price negotiation. Sheehy offers discounts to military but the USAA Auto Circle service would have given an even better discount. Wyatt, with finance, was great too. Customer service is important for me, I highly recommend Sheehy Subaru of Springfield, Virginia. Meera and Scott More
