Salesman was working with another family that was purchasing a vehicle and multitasked very well. I did not feel like I was being pushed aside; and this was a busy holiday weekend. Was texting back and forth with the salesman effectively. I had concerns for how long the transaction would take to complete and salesman and staff did an excellent job finishing the deal and putting me in the car on my way home. This is the second car I have purchased through Rosner. First was at Fredericksburg location. Went back to that location for this car and had a horrible experience. I would highly recommend using or trying the Stafford location first. They all did not disappoint. More
