Roger had the vehicle pulled up to the front door upon arrival which made it easy to talk and walk out to the car and look at this or that. Roger was very down to earth and if he did not have the answer he did not hesitate to go and get an answer for us. We are pleased with the service from this dealership and with Roger specifically. We had a special request and they made it work for us. I feel like if there was any problem with the car we bought we would have not problem with this dealership in getting a repair. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours which is unusual for most dealerships. The dealer, Serge, spent quality time with me after the sale explaining the new computer system in the car and showed me how to use it so I was comfortable leaving the lot. 2015 Toyota Hilander: Great Experience My wife and I attempted to buy a 2015 Hilander Limited from another dealership in the DC area that we live closer to, and after a horrible experience My wife and I attempted to buy a 2015 Hilander Limited from another dealership in the DC area that we live closer to, and after a horrible experience with that dealership (being lied to at multiple times, crappy negotiating tactics, and otherwise just being given the run-around) we decided to use TrueCar to search for an alternative dealership in the area that could get us the vehicle we wanted. Rosner Toyota of Stafford was the first dealership to get back to us, and speaking to Hope Bradley on the phone was a pleasure. She was friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. She handed us off to a sales representative that she thought had the most knowledge about the specific vehicle we wanted, this person was Sean Davis. Sean was polite and knowledgeable through the whole experience and easy to work with. The dealership matches the TrueCar price we were quoted down to the dollar. Our specific vehicle was at their sister dealership in Fredericksburg and we had came in on a Friday evening to purchase. Sean drove down to Fredericksburg in the middle of us finalizing the paperwork to pick up the vehicle and got stuck in horrible Rt. 1 traffic on the way back which resulted in his arriving back at the dealership almost 35 minutes after it closed. The only people left there were ourselves, and a manager. Because the dealer policy is to inspect all vehicles before they go out, wash them, clean them (and other prepwork) - they felt uncomfortable giving us the vehicle that night because we wouldn't be getting the same treatment as other customers. At the managers suggestion, we drove our own vehicle back to our house (about 45 minutes away) and bright and early the next morning, the dealership finished everything necessary to the vehicle and Sean drove the vehicle to our house and personally delivered it, exchanging it with our vehicle we were trading in. Sean took the time at our house to review everything on the vehicle with us and going over any further questions we had as well as teaching us how all of the features/functionality worked. How many other dealerships would personally deliver your car to your house on a Saturday morning? Stafford deserves your business. More
