TRIED to buy a new Prius - SO disapointed! As we walked into the main showroom, a "secretary" at a front desk, literally jumps up to ask if she can help us. We ask for the name on our "mailer" As we walked into the main showroom, a "secretary" at a front desk, literally jumps up to ask if she can help us. We ask for the name on our "mailer". She barks "Shawn who? I have three!" We give the name, and are immediately referred to someone else. Our salesman, Cedric, is very nice, but it is clear that he can't answer many of our questions. There are three men sitting behind a large central desk in the main showroom behind the "secretary". Cedric runs back and forth between us and the three guys at the main desk for many of our questions. We take a brief test drive in the Prius C. The test drive is dictated to us in a specific route - ok... The Prius C is too small for my husband. We discuss prices after looking at several Prius models. My husband had researched trade-in prices for our 2010 Prius on KBB and Edmonds, but the guys at the big desk, won't come even close to that figure. They won't even come close to the "e-price" on their own website! We bought our Prius at that dealer and have had ALL the service/tires done there also! No damage history, just mileage. The set-up is very frustrating, and I wonder if it is supposed to be intimidating? It's like Cedric has to run over to "The Great and Powerful OZ", then come back to us with the decree from "OZ" this goes on for multiple questions. We have been good customers for 10 yrs at this dealer. This would be our third car purchase. I feel like we were treated very rudely! I feel like they were doing us a HUGE FAVOR in even CONSIDERING to sell us a car! I am NOT a satisfied customer! I would hate to see anything happen to Cedric, because I feel like he was really trying to help us and make a sale, but it is perfectly clear that he had NO authority and his hands were tied. Is this really how you guys want to do business??? I'm thinking that we will wait another year until we move away and deal with a dealer in KY! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in Rosner Toyota of Stafford! I thought Toyota stood behind it's cars!!! I also want to say that I think that this dealership is very overstaffed! There are plenty of people just standing around. Is that why you want me to pay top dollar for a new car? That is why I am considering going elsewhere. Since when did car sales become, "I don't need the customer, they need me!"??? Not. More

Bad experience I felt I was not given the best assistance because of my credit situation and the negative equity on my car that I traded up. The car that I bought I felt I was not given the best assistance because of my credit situation and the negative equity on my car that I traded up. The car that I bought didn't come with a warranty in which I will have to purchase and pay for it separate from my car payment. I started to have some issues with the car and notified the dealership immediately but because it was not a Toyota product I feel that these problems were not addressed or handled properly. I took my car several times for an alignment and it's still not done right with my other issues they were not taken care of as I will have to fix them. I would not recommend this dealership to no one. Go elsewhere. More

Serge gave us all the information and time needed to make a decision on the best vehicle for us. Even after the purchase, when I had questions, Serge took the time to help me.
