Great Service, Sales and Staff My wife and I approached the dealership based on a flyer we had received in the mail. We decided what our goal/objective was before leaving. Smooth Buying Experience I stopped by Rosner after finding one of their vehicles through autotrader. I stopped in without an appointment, asked for Sean Davis since I have dea I stopped by Rosner after finding one of their vehicles through autotrader. I stopped in without an appointment, asked for Sean Davis since I have dealt with him before, and asked him to put a price together for the used vehicle purchase plus a trade-in. He took down all of the information and emailed his quotes back to me within an hour. I then scheduled an appointment with him to finalize the deal for the next day. As promised and expected, Sean was waiting with the paperwork and the vehicle right outside of the building. The total turn around time from start to finish was about two and a half hours which seems to be the average for purchasing a vehicle through Rosner. (This is our fifth) If you are on the market for a new Toyota or even a used vehicle that they have in stock, I recommend speaking with Sean first. Wonderful I came to this dealership Saturday, July 18th to look at the 2010 Malibu that was advertised on Cargurus.com. My father called in the morning and spok I came to this dealership Saturday, July 18th to look at the 2010 Malibu that was advertised on Cargurus.com. My father called in the morning and spoke with Antonio to get vehicle information before we headed down to Stafford from the Washington, DC area. Antonio was wonderful, very helpful and I am pleased to have had a great sales person to help me purchase the vehicle. After sitting there waiting for all the paperwork and everything to be done Antonio brought my father, my son and I some water and a couple slices of delicious pizza. That was very thoughful of him because we were literally starving. I am very excitied with my new car and so far it is running very nice and quiet.
