While they were finishing the paperwork, I joke for them to hurry up because I was ready to go get a sweet tea. While I was dealing with the finance dept., Mr. Johnson went out and got me a sweet tea and brought it back to me. Loved that he wanted to make me comfortable while I was there. Da 'Velle Johnson was my sales consultant, and I could not be happier with the way he treated me and the way he handled the sale. He was low-key and patient, but also very knowledgeable; he knew and could have given the answers to all my questions almost before I finished asking! He was accommodating and sincere, and was not pushy at all. Had he been, I would not have bought a car from Rosner. I will recommend this young man to people I know and am so glad that buying another Toyota from you (my previous one was a Camry LE in 2004) was such a pleasant experience. Credit Da'Velle for that, as he is personable and humorous besides being totally professional. As a final kind gesture to me, he spared me another trip through pre-holiday traffic by delivering the car to my home and having someone else drive him back to the dealership. Now that is service!
