In addition to getting a great deal when I purchased it, the service department has been the second piece of the quality experience I have had. The Rosner Rewards program is a huge money saver, and they NEVER push products I don't need. My father in law used to be a GM at a dealership, so I am all too familiar with the ins and outs of how they make their sales. Today, I went in for my oil change, as usual, and they did it. 45 mins. in and out. They recommended a tire rotation, which I had forgotten to mention that I wanted. No other stupid recommendations. It is always like this. Monica and another woman in service (didn't get name) are always extremely welcoming and quick to get thing stared. They have renewed my faith in dealing with dealerships and I am looking forward to buying again. Great job, as always. More

He was very straightforward and honest with the deal. This time, I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla S for my daughter. I just told him the color and features that my daughter want from the car and the price I was willing to pay. I told him we will be at the dealership at around 10 AM the next day. The car ready for us when we got there. The whole process just took 1 1/2 hours from test driving the car to signing the papers and driving the car home. Rick was very efficient.
