Asked if I could have the vehicle put on the lift so I could personally inspect the undercarriage. Salesman said no problem. Inspected the vehicle myself, which many dealers will not allow based on past personal experiences. We were also about to move out of state, and not able to take advantage of the 'lifetime free oil changes'. Instead, I negotiated some free oil filters be included in the purchase. Overall very happy with the vehicle. More
