A week earlier we welcomed out seco Our family went down to Stafford on Monday to "look" at what will be our first minivan on both side of the family. A week earlier we welcomed out second child and decided it was finally time to see what were the best options out there. After booking an appointment using Cars.com and speedy follow-up by Michelle, we were scheduled to see Sean Davis. He promptly emailed us providing his cell for calling or texting. Since we have a new born, and were running extremely late, we contacted Sean who was more than understanding and made time us to keep our appointment. Sean was extremely courteous, friendly, and most of all knowledgable of our current family situation. We looked at both new and pre-owned vehicles during our appointment, at no point did Sean ever encourage us to buy the more expensive of our options. He was completely focused on looking at what made the most sense for our family both practically and financially. We can honestly say that our experience with him, and the competative price/service Rosner offers, sold this car to us immediately. Our "looking" trip quickly became a "buying" trip! After deciding to purchase the car we had a relatively smooth transition to Valerie in financing. Sean helped prepare our new vehicle and even made sure all our belongings from our old car made it into the new car. Valerie also was great in helping us through the final financing. She was sensitive that we were there with an infant and made us as comfortable as possible. Valerie went over the warranty and coverage packages that made the most sense for us and got us out and on the road quickly. Recently we received a follow up call from Sean updating us on the status of an extra key we ordered and to check in on how the car was riding. We will definitely be recommending Rosner to others and we will always look to them first for any of our future vehicle purchases. More
