Mirek Szwarc met us on the lot and was very helpful, professional and not pushy at all. It was a relief for him to not try to make us make a decision right on the spot and purchase something and play the game of if you don't buy right now, the deal is off. On the contrary, he showed us what we wanted to see and let us take our time test driving a couple and ask questions that he was happy to answer. It was really cold that night but he remained so pleasant. Then in March I contacted him and ask him to find us a 2015 Tundra Platinum Crewmax in white. He checked all over and was not able to find that one but did locate a 1794. We were able to eventually find a white Platinum in Maryland and drove 2 hours to test drive and ultimately purchased there. We would certainly consider the Stafford dealership in the future because of Mirek's attitude, professionalism and non pushiness. He is an asset to that or any dealership. Thank you Mirek. I purchased a 2014 Tundra that I was not happy with (just the wrong Trim package for me and my needs from a truck). It took one long road trip (from VA to FLA and back) for me to realize that I was just not happy with the truck. I assumed I was stuck for 7 years with it and had to make the best of it. Two weeks later - My wife was buying a new car from Sean and he showed the same patients that I mentioned with her because she was not sure exactly what model vehicle she was comfortable with. I started telling him I wish I had came to him when I purchased my 2014 truck because I was not 100% happy with it. After my wife completed her purchase that also took several hours past the Rosner closing time and we were never pressured by any of the staff to hurry up. Sean said come back tomorrow and to let him see what they could do for me, I was not confident that he could but I did feel if anyone could I would trust him and I agreed to come back. Well I did and it didn't appear as though I could afford to trade in an 8 month old truck for a new on but Sean worked it for hours with me (With that afore mentioned patients) and his management. He was able to get it done for me. I LOVE THE TUNDRA TRDPRO!!!
