Walked out of negotiations to get a Much better deal elsewhere! I HATE being swarmed by a bunch of salesman from the same dealership trying to sell you cars you don't even want! Even after you have already told them, "no, I don't want this xxxx vehicle!" Well I went over to Rosner Toyota just to get an idea of what the new Avalons and Camrys where looking like for 2015 and how much they sold for. I wasn't even sure I was in the market for a new car at the time. I walked through the lot checking out what they had in stock coming away surprised with how reasonable the prices were. Cedric Carter approached me on a seriously freezing morning and extended a welcoming handshake and offered his assistance. Again, at the time I'm not sure I'm really interested in buying a new car. So I told him, "no thank you, I'm just looking right now". Cedric didn't pressure me or be a pain in the you know what! He politely handed me his card and let me know he was there for me if I had any questions. He walked away and gave me my space while I took my time looking at vehicles. (That went a long way for me) As I was looking around and seeing these prices better than I expected, I started to think that maybe these prices where a little too good to be true. My mother purchased a brand new 2009 Avalon Limited in 2009 and it cost $12,000 more than the msrp for the 2015 Avalon Limited on the lot! So I now I have to go and get Cedric because now I'm getting interested! Cedric not only told me these prices were real but he would sell it to me even cheaper than that! So needless to say it was time to get this deal done! Cedric was very easy to talk to. I had to get some money issues squared away first. Cedric told me to take my time. He told me even told me if the car was sold, he would order me another one just the way I want it. So Cedric gave me his personal phone number and I bombarded him with questions. He was answering his phone and even helping me on his day off! That's when Cedric started telling different ways to get me financed. Cedric made we aware that I could make a partial down payment, leave with the car and pay the rest later! Cool! So I went on and purchased my new 2015 Avalon Limited. Cedric took his time to show me EVERY little detail my new car had and demonstrated how EVERYTHING works. After the sale was complete, Cedric even told me anytime I have a question or need any help to just call him or stop by and he would get it taken care of. I found Cedric to be very knowledgeable, super friendly, professional, and approachable. I found Cedric to be VERY relatable with a great sense of humor! It was like talking to a buddy. There was never a sense of stress. Just easy going. I'm telling you now, go over to Rosner Toyota in Stafford, Va. and go straight to Cedric Carter! HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU. That's my man! I will buy my next car (Camry) from Cedric! Because of Cedric Carter, Rosner Toyota of Stafford exceeded all expectations!! More

This is our second car from Rosner Toyota Stafford and because of the customer service we went back. They make the experience not painful but relax and pleasant. No salesman harassing you like other places, here they make you feel more at ease. They are efficient, know what they are doing and they will get what you want. I say this because they found a car that we wanted even when it was not there, not charging us extra. They work with us and our sale guy Yenneth was super helpful. Finance was a breeze with Valerie. Overall, we loved our experience there and would recommend to anyone. More

The vehicles are serviced very well before a new owner takes them home. I first came into this dealership 3 years ago. I met Rick Suarez at that time. He didn't hassle me or ask for my phone number to give to his manager. That is the most annoying salesman technique. He showed me what the dealership had to offer in order to meet my needs and said to come back when i was ready. Since then i have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. I'm sure that Rick is very successful because he definately reduces the stress of buying a car! More
