Excellence overall My husband wanted a new truck but truly hates to shop for one. He picked out one online at Rosner Toyota and I (his wife) volunteered to check it out. We had purchased 4 cars previously at this dealership-all great experiences. I had the true privilege of working with Ray Perez this time around. This gentleman was exceptional in every way. He listened to our needs and suggested the perfect Tundra, let us take our time test driving the truck, and never pressured us once. (As a woman, I especially appreciated the true respect shown to me as I was the one negotiating the price of a truck without my husband present-unfortunately that hasn't been the case at other dealerships). Ray truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase and bent over backwards to make it a great experience. Price negotiations were fast and fair. The wait to sign the final paperwork was a bit long though (2 hours), but aparently "that is the norm on Saturdays". I would purhcase a car from them again, just not on Saturday. More
