Excellent I went there on Saturday in hopes of leasing a new Highlander. Did not see the color that I was interested in so they found one at another dealership I went there on Saturday in hopes of leasing a new Highlander. Did not see the color that I was interested in so they found one at another dealership and brought it up here and it turned out to be perfect. My salesman, Sean Davis, is the best and this is the second time that he has assisted me with a new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and I feel I got a good deal. Went to over 20 dealerships in the NOVA area and this dealership far exceeded them all in quality, pricing and customer service. All the used vehicles were in outstanding condition (much better than most the others we looked at). However, what made this experience so awesome was Justin. They initially didn't have the car we thought we wanted, and so we looked elsewhere. Justin was so good that I was going to review him even if we didn't purchase a car there. The sales manager and financial officer were also extremely polite and nice. Reasonable pricing but most important- TRUSTWORTHY! More
