I was driving a 2010 Toyota Rav4, that I have loved driving for the last two years. I had already used Rosner Toyota's Service Dept in Stafford, so naturally I wanted to look there for our next car. When we walked into the dealership, we were immediately greated with a smile and someone eager to help us. We were introduced to Antonio Patlan-Ortiz and sat down to begin work. He asked us what we were looking for, and listened to our needs. He showed us many options, but found us the perfect SUV for our growing family. We took the 2010 Highlander for a test drive to get a feel for it and to discuss if this was the right car for us. We came back to Antonio and told him that we loved the car, but needed to work on the price a bit. He completely understood, and was able to get us the car that we wanted for the price that fit our budget. I am so thankful we went to Rosner and met Antonio. He wasn't pushy, and could relate to us, which made the entire process very enjoyable. We will definitely recommend the dealership and Antonio to any of our friends or family looking for a new vehicle. More
