Appalled. I'm appalled. I posted on Rosner Toyota of Stafford yesterday commenting on my experience, and my post was deleted, and they have blocked me from posting further. Pathetic, and indicative of the lack of integrity I've come to expect from Rosner. We purchased a used car, and upon returning for an oil change, discovered that the oil was completely dry. As there were no stains, no indications of leaks, and the oil plug was in place, the last logical answer was that the techs forgot to put oil in the car when we got our final inspection and oil change prior to leaving the dealership. Instead of apologizing for making a mistake, as any car repair location can do, and offering to repair the issue, they blamed us, blamed VW, blamed whoever they could, all while being derisive and disrespectful. After one month of limited communication that was usually minimal, strained, sarcastic, or forced, we finally got our car back after they took it to the VW dealership to be fixed under warranty. I'll leave the integrity of that decision up to you, but I have my opinion. To their credit, they did give us a loaner, free of charge. Seems to me an admission of error, but again, I'll leave that up to you. Buy a new car there, that's great. Just don't expect a used car to be properly "certified", and certainly don't expect anything resembling genuine respect from the service department in Stafford. Very disappointed, particularly from a company that offers so many claims of exceptional devotion to the customer. I will say that their front end customer service is good, and their loans are at a great rate, with an easy paperwork process. It wasn't until the service department that we had any issues. More
I went into this dealer prepared to buy a Highlander Limited. I had a email price quote from one of their salesman. My salesman wasn't there when I went in. Having read some doubtful commentary on both google and yelp about the dealer, I told them that I had a quoted price. I spent the next five hours haggling with a salesman and two managers, including the finance manager. None of them would agree to match the quoted price and tried repeatedly to down-sell me to a lower version of the Highlander at the same price. When I finally had enough and told them that we were done and I was leaving, the finance manager used every bit of emotional blackmail he could come up with in an attempt to guilt me into buying the vehicle. He actually told me that the dealership had invested too much time into me for me to just walk out and that he didn't feel comfortable matching another Toyota dealership's price because the other dealer would just lower their price or throw in floor mats, etc. I have purchased over 20 new cars in my life and I have never felt more like a dealer was playing games and trying to rob me blind. STEER CLEAR of this place at all costs. I contacted the general manager and wrote a four page letter detailing the entire event, to include times, names, etc and attached the quote I was given. The general manager didn't even have the decency to contact me back. Here is the final straw that I hope shows you how bad this dealer is... This same dealer has a Fredericksburg VA store. I was contacted by one of their sales managers after this - they told me "yes, we hear about this kind of thing all the time from this location, that's why we outsell them every quarter." Please heed my advice and run, don't walk, from this dealership. More
Just bought our second vehicle from Rosner Toyota in Stafford. We worked with Cedric Carter both times. Very professional, very knowledgeable and did not use any cheesy tactics that are common at other dealerships. In both cases, Cedric was very low pressure, did not push us to "upgrade" and had an answer to all questions. Also, there was no painful negotiating. We were met right where we wanted to be and we received a great financing deal. Win, win. I will go there again. More

I recently returned home from an overseas assignment with Dept of the Army. Decided to stop by Rosner Toyota Stafford. While waiting on service check-up of my 2010 Toyota Prius I test drove a 2013 Toyota Pri Dept of the Army. Decided to stop by Rosner Toyota Stafford. While waiting on service check-up of my 2010 Toyota Prius I test drove a 2013 Toyota Prius. Upon my discussion with the salesman Cedric Carter and knowing the value of my trade-in, I decided to purchase the 2013 Toyota Pirus. I've been pleased and enjoy driving a Hybrid Prius. Cedric has always been someone to trust and is quickly to address any comments or questions you may have on a new or used vehicle. This is my fourth vehicle I have purchased from Rosner Toyota and I recommend them for you and your family next vehicle. More
We recently bought a 2013 Toyota Prius 2. Our salesman Rick Suarez took great care of us. We showed up on a Sunday morning and the dealership was very busy. Rick greeted us and showed us around. We had done our research ahead of time and told him we were interested in the leftover 2013 Prius C models and he led us to them. After we looked at several, we took one for a test drive, and it was a great car. We then headed off to look at several other dealers, but we got jammed up in traffic and headed home. We took that as a signal to buy a Prius! So we went home, did some more research, and returned to the dealer to look at the Prius 2. Rick again greeted us and facilitated a test drive of the model we later bought. All in all, Rick took great care of us and we went home very satisfied with the price we paid and the superb service. We love our car and are glad we bought at a local dealer very close to home. More
The staff and customer service was very prompt and outstanding. The employees made my three children and I feel at home because it is not easy trying to buy a vehicle when you have your children with outstanding. Everyone involved in our purchase did a superb job. Even the gentleman who prepped the Highlander did an outstanding job, although we do not know his name. We had tested the same model Highlander and negotiated prices with another local dealer, but were put off by the personalities/attitudes of the sales person and sales manager. We had bought four vehicles at the other dealership, but they could have cared less. Even though the prices were very close, we chose to purchase at Rosner of Stafford because of the people who work there. I cannot commend them enough for their Professionalism, Courtesy, and Helpfulness. Thanks especially to Sean, who spent several hours with us. When we need another vehicle, we will be back. More
