This time I was not even in the market to buy a new car but was just walking around looking while getting my 2009 Corolla serviced. Yeneneh worked relentlessly to remove every obstacle between me and my 2015 Corolla. There was no onslaught of high pressure sales either. We were not looking to buy so soon but he made it extremely easy. We bought a 2016 Ford Explorer last November. Lets just say we were less than happy with the quality of the vehicle, and that is putting it nicely. And they actual buying experience took a few days and lots of headaches. The dealership was accommodating, but no where near as great as Rosner Toyota. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I love my Camry, and would definitely return to Rick for future purchases. As far as financing - quick and easy as well, in and out in a couple of hours, better interest rate, better payment, and more options and additional benefits included. We had also bought a Toyota Tundra in the past from Lustine in Woodbridge. Horrible experience and customer service was non existent. If you are thinking about a Toyota, or a used car even, Then Rosner is the only way to go. More
