We told him the amount we wanted to spend out the door and since we were already had our owe finance the process was a bit quicker. Austin went above and beyond to make our wait pleasant. Other staff members that we came in contact with such as the location manager and the financial manager were also helpful and answered all questions and concerns before we walked out. The whole process took less than 2 hours to do from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off. My husband and "I were/are so HAPPY with the service that when we need to make other car purchase this is the place we will go.
