Sean picked it up from there and I explained that i was going out of town and would be back in a few days to continue the car search. To his credit, he didn't pester me and waited a couple of days after I returned to continue the process. I found a RAV4 that I liked and dropped in on Sean the next day and we started the initial negotiations for the car. After some back and forth the next day we agreed on a price and I bought the RAV4. While the negotiations were a bit intense, at all times, Sean was courteous, professional, extremely respectful and friendly. The courteousness of the staff continued thru the paperwork process as Yeneneh assisted Sean in processing the paperwork and Robbie did the finance paperwork. The entire Rosner team was friendly, courteous and professional I would buy from the again and recommend my friends to see them first. I've dealt with other Toyota dealerships and this one is by far the best. Thank you all. More
