Awesome service in a low pressure environment! This was our first big purchase, and we were dreading the high-pressure environment we had heard everyone talk about when buying a car. Our experience This was our first big purchase, and we were dreading the high-pressure environment we had heard everyone talk about when buying a car. Our experience was quite different. We live far from the dealership and only had a couple hours to select and purchase a car. Rick worked with us with the short time we had. He showed us different options of new and used cars that might work for us. Then, he gave us the time we needed to think about what we wanted and what we could afford. He never pressured us to pick something we couldn't afford or to pick something that day (even though he really could have taken advantage of the short time we had). Rick walked us through the whole process, was super nice about our cranky baby being there the whole time, and answered any and all questions we had. We left the dealership feeling good about the purchase we made and not feeling like we got pressured into anything. We definitely recommend this dealership and Rick 100%! More
