I told them I wanted to see if it would be possible financially before I saw or drove the car. We did all the paperwork and financing and came up with a monthly payment I could work with. Then I got to drive the car and just enjoy knowing, if I liked it all I had to do was sign. Now it's mine and only mine. I couldn't be happier. More

Rick Suarez is an outstanding salesman. Rick has been my salesman through 4 vehicles. I send my friends and family to him. Fantastic. It was assumed I would pay several costs that were not identified prior to the closing (transportation $800+to drive from Tysons, dealer prep that was already in the True Car certificate, adding to the True Car certificate when Rick and I had already agreed on it, etc). I had already worked out a bottom line with Rick and a True Car guarantee. It was extremely frustrating. Financing had to redo paperwork several times because they didn't ask questions up front (interest rate, down payment, etc). If I were in need of another vehicle I would come to Rick no question. But I would ensure he would be there at closing to advocate for me. More

Amazing People So I had a bit of a story coming here. I went to a used car dealership the day before and they said they had this great deal for a used car. At first So I had a bit of a story coming here. I went to a used car dealership the day before and they said they had this great deal for a used car. At first I was gonna go with it but luckily my brother told me it wasn't a great deal for a used car and told me to come check out Rosner Toyota of Stafford where he got his Camry from. Sean Davis was the salesman who got me in my brand new 2016 Scion IA which I love. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, showed me a number of different models and different features, didn't make me feel pressured or anything. He is a really friendly guy who I felt went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and was satisfied about my new car in every way. The financial department was nice and knowledgeable as well and took their time explaining everything to me so I didn't feel overwhelmed or like there was anything hidden that would try and surprise me later. I honestly couldn't think of any way I could be happier with the service I received from them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

As far as I’m concerned, she went far above what I expected on detailing work that needed to be done, providing estimated costs, a timeline to complete work, and follow up on progress. This was a big job and although costly, Pam worked with us and her overall knowledge, professionalism, and people skills made a lasting impression on us. I’ve had many vehicles serviced in different dealerships over the past 50 years, but I feel that the service provided at Rosner Toyota was the best I’ve experienced in many years.
