The sales lady was nice enough, I was ready to buy with pre-approval (best rates available anywhere). I will be buying a Jeep from someone just not here. When my wife and I wouldn't let them finance for their kickbacks they raised the price 4,000 dollars. Bait and switch dealership, I will avoid and tell everyone I know not to shop here. It only took about 10 minutes to find out they were not willing to work with us on anything except their terms. More
Dealer listed car for just under 16 k. When I asked for a quote, it was given based on the MSRP, not the advertised price. I was called by the finance manager to try for a deal but he would not negotiate unless I agreed to finance. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. I expected to buy a car based on the published price. Adding 1k because I did not have a trade in and another 1000 if I did not want to finance is deceptive and unethical. On the up side, the salesman Kaleb was pleasant. He said he was new and could not tell me how much it would be to ship the car to Cincinnati or even if they could ship, but at least he didn't just make things up More

Horrible experience from the start. They first didn’t want to work with me after I found a truck that I liked. No budging on price at all. Then received a phone call that evening that they would work with me. Drive 4 hrs there to look at truck. Finance manager James Moore was not upfront about the financing and added $4192 to the financing. No I was not asked if I wanted a warranty or towing or anything else. I have AAA. Do not need all that. After a phone call to Mr Moore he was very belligerent and barely let me talk. My truck is going back to today and attorney notified. Buyer be very aware about this dealership. Went to this dealership to purchase a truck. Initially was told we could not get the deal we wanted. Left the dealership. Was hounded all day with texts and calls.
