They are Kelly bb cash offer participating dealer EXPERIENCE: THEY responded to our using online Kelly blue book instant cash offer.: online before visit $2400- Our experience with them-manager rece EXPERIENCE: THEY responded to our using online Kelly blue book instant cash offer.: online before visit $2400- Our experience with them-manager received our car & agreed with us to a slightly lower price that was given by them initially before we met ( which was understandable as we were able to tell them in person details about condition that can’t be expanded on when submitting car for kbb cash offer online) when in person we told them what a mechanic had told us was wrong with car and his price to fix. We completed a contract for $2100 and signed back of title then was told finance had left for day and would have to return next day for check. We left car&title.Next day manager not there another person said they had taken another look at car and said we had not told them car wouldn’t run( we drove there day before and drove it home when deal changed) offered $500 less. We wanted to wait speak to manager who made original deal. Next day more people gotinvolved in the offer went from $2100 ($2000 us $100 to salesman) to an offer of $400. We asked for copy original contract, was told their policy was to shred'!!! It was shredded. We left DRIVING car home -car runs fine not a driving problem. We know who was dishonest in this transaction and THEY DO TOO. More
