Nobody can look out a window They ran my husband’s credit as well as my own which knocked a couple points off. All for a car that was sold and off the lot 4 days ago. Nobody bothe They ran my husband’s credit as well as my own which knocked a couple points off. All for a car that was sold and off the lot 4 days ago. Nobody bothered to tell us it was sold, however they did try to sell us another vehicle that we did not want. Nobody returned my calls or offered to make it right. I spoke to 4 people who all promised to return my calls and didn’t. It took 2 hours to get a straight answer to “Is it there or not?” Complete waste of a day, points on my credit score, and breathe on the phone. I would have liked to speak to upper management, but I doubt I could get that far without being hung up on. More
