I was told on the phone after giving all my information to bring 500.00 and my proof of income and residence and they would put me in a car without needing a co signer ! When I got there I was put thru 3 d to bring 500.00 and my proof of income and residence and they would put me in a car without needing a co signer ! When I got there I was put thru 3 different people before someone was willing to help me ! Test drove a car and when I came back the sales lady Beverly was very unfriendly to me and told me that they couldn't finance me a car without a co signer ! But I had spent the day before sending the credit app in and was told and speaking to Rodney 3 different times that I wouldn't have a problem. I will never go back again I was mislead and lied to after driving all the way up there .but they never pushed it thru any banks nor did they offer me the "in house " financing ! More
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! We used the Chevy Website to order new 22 inch wheels, tires, and the sensors that monitor air pressure and also paid for the install of those items. When they arrived I was in t order new 22 inch wheels, tires, and the sensors that monitor air pressure and also paid for the install of those items. When they arrived I was in the hospital so my husband called to get SHELOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT to cancel the install appointment to refund ONLY the install and also told them he would be there within the hour to pick up our wheel and tire package. So he gets there and SHELOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT has refunded the ENTIRE ORDER so we had to buy the wheels, tires, and sensors all over again before the refund ever came back on our check card. Secondly we also ordered the performance exhaust package for the 2021 Tahoe at the same time as the wheels and tire package and the EXHAUST was on back order for about 4 months . So we waited for ever for the exhaust to come in finally got a TEXT (NO CALL) from SHELOR saying that the exhaust would be in so we made the appointment for the service department to put the EXHAUST on when the parts arrived. So I waited until THE DAY OF THE APPOITMENT and was told by SHELOR that the EXHAUST was not there even though they told us it WAS there and to make the appointment! . So I had to cancel that appointment and wait even longer. So a MONTH went by and finally got the exhaust in and made ANOTHER appointment. So this made the 3rd time I had to deal with the service department about the exhaust. We dropped the car off at 6:00AM and were called by 9:30AM saying they were pulling car into the garage and starting the install of the exhaust. 8 hours goes by no call no text so we had already drove an hour from our house to get there and pick the vehicle up before they closed assuming it was done. Go in to get the keys and the tell us that there was a problem and the exhaust didn't fit. Told us the box had been damaged with the exhaust in it and accepted it from shipping and tried to install it and didn't fit correctly because the box didn't have the correct parts in it. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT tried telling us that we ordered the wrong parts which we showed them all the receipts showing the correct parts that would fit the car exactly as it was a direct fit from the CHEVROLET MANUFACTURER! After we proved it was the correct parts they tried to tell us that since we didn't order our parts thru the SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT and ordered off of SHELORS CHEVY DIRECT WEBSITE that it wasn't there responsibility to help us because we didn't even purchase our vehicle from them. After calling CHEVY OURSELVES and getting a replacement exhaust shipped out to SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT with a rush status they called denying service and denied us to pick up our parts from the SHELOR PARTS DEPARTMENT that we have paid for and waited on for months! DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!!!! Save yourself the stress and hassle of having to get a lawyer to get the parts and service YOU paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR!!!!!!! More
We were looking for a used ride, nothing crazy expensive, and had a couple SUV's picked out from the website. We made an appointment and they had the cars ready for us to look at and drive. Our salesman was Charles Miller, we told him we were looking for an SUV to flat tow behind our motor home. We let him know we were looking at a Chevrolet Equinox, a Ford Escape hybrid, and a Jeep trailh looking for an SUV to flat tow behind our motor home. The dealership & the sales process were fine. They worked with me re- the discount given to children of long-term GM workers. They were helpful when I could get their attention, but they are rarely available by phone and they never return calls in response to their voicemails. The only way to get their attention is to visit in person and wait patiently until they turn their attention to you. This is very frustrating. I will definitely factor that in when I buy my next vehicle, and it will likely push me to another dealer. More
