New tires for the Tahoe My 2011 Tahoe, purchased new from Shelor was due for new tires. I tried to get in touch but got the voice mail and left a message. The next day I wa My 2011 Tahoe, purchased new from Shelor was due for new tires. I tried to get in touch but got the voice mail and left a message. The next day I was called by a service rep asking how they could help. We discussed the tires I wanted and made an appointment. I took the vehicle in and a couple hours later I had it back with new Michelins and an alignment. On the ride home I immediately noticed a difference in control, quietness, and "surefootedness". Within a week I took the SUV to Florida, towing a trailer and was impressed with the same qualities at speed and under load. Shelor has been great to deal with - friendly staff, correct answers, and great service! Like Arnold said, "I'll be back!" More

Bait and switch Received an oil service coupon for $34.95 for my Subaru Forester using original Subaru oil. So I was working in the area and stopped by handed the car Received an oil service coupon for $34.95 for my Subaru Forester using original Subaru oil. So I was working in the area and stopped by handed the card to the service person and went in to the waiting area. He comes back in a few minutes and tells me that the coupon does not include synthetic oil. I might be wrong but the original oil in my car from Subaru when I bought it was synthetic and they recommend it. So when I see the coupon for recommended Subaru oil I went with it. They charge was now up to $74.95 I was already there so I said do it, I will never go back their again for anything. More
