I was in the market for a new truck. The purchase was going to be done while also trading in my current vehicle. Once I decided on the make and model I contacted a salesman at the dealership. We worked out numbers, came together on payments, all that stuff that goes along with getting financing approval and such. The particular salesman that I worked with was located in another section of the dealership vs the brand store that I was getting a vehicle from. This meant that he would have to split the deal with the his contact at the other section. Even knowing that he would not receive full payment for the sale he was more professional and courteous than any other car salesman I have ever dealt with. A true class act right there! I was then directed to his partner over at the other store who could deliver the vehicle of my choice since that was his primary store he worked at (when I say other store I mean that its the same dealer, they just have their stores broken down into the different brands. Ford store, Chevy store, Kia store etc...) We got the paperwork out of the way and I drove off in my new vehicle. I would say the entire process took about an hour and a half. I've had buying experiences that have taken all day and they are horrible. This was completely opposite and very comfortable. As long as these two salesman remain at this dealership I will always buy from them. More

After a lengthy online search for a new vehicle, I finally found what my wife and I were looking for. Once I got down to the dealership I told Eric which vehicle the we wanted to look at.
