Ben Brown is wonderful! We came to trade several of our vehicles for a SUV to seat at least 7. In the past, I have experienced pushy salesmen that show vehicles out of price range, then when they can't get you to budge on down payment they're not nice anymore. Ben didn't do that! He was pleasant and patient from the beginning, and never changed his attitude toward us. He was very willing to show us what we wanted to see, but also recommended a crossover vehicle that we hadn't considered because it had the room we were looking for. I fell in love with it!! I love my Chevy Traverse! I think it's more efficient and has more room that the SUVs I was looking at. He knew what we needed, introduced it without any pressure and just made the whole process stress-free! He was great to follow up with us in the weeks after to make sure we liked it and didn't have questions. I have bought several vehicles in the past from other dealer locations, and from Shelor, but this experience was, by far, the BEST one I've ever had! Thanks, Ben, for making it so easy. This is the 3rd car that we have bought from this dealership and also through Hilda Miles. We were so lucky to find her a couple of years ago.
