Wasn't sure whether I wanted a new or used car. The salesmen were very helpful in describing different vehicles. They do not accompany you on test drives, which I really appreciated. Much easier to get salesmen were very helpful in describing different vehicles. They do not accompany you on test drives, which I really appreciated. Much easier to get a feel for the car without someone talking your ear off about features. They also let you take a couple cars for overnight test drives, which was really great. I bought my 6th vehicle from Shelor and it has been a nightmare. It malfunctioned on the way home. They refused to fix it because of the "as-is" warranty. I would normally not buy an "as-is" vehicle f nightmare. It malfunctioned on the way home. They refused to fix it because of the "as-is" warranty. I would normally not buy an "as-is" vehicle from a dealership but I had dealt with Shelor for YEARS and didn't give it a second thought. I have spoken to the salesman (Tim), along with the manager (Mickey) and all they would do is offer a trade-out. And no, they don't mean "trade the vehicle for another vehicle of the same value". They basically want me to come down there and buy another vehicle from them. They want me to trade-in the vehicle I just bought, and they will give me the trade-in value, not what I paid. SERIOUSLY??? They think I'm going to purchase another vehicle from them because they sold me a lemon!!!!!!!! More
