My husband and I came to Shelor looking to purchase a vehicle to replace one we had purchased from Shelor some 15 years ago. We didn't have a particular vehicle in mind but with the help of Ben Brown we vehicle to replace one we had purchased from Shelor some 15 years ago. We didn't have a particular vehicle in mind but with the help of Ben Brown we left with a new Kia. We were allowed to drive several vehicles with Ben always giving us details about each and every one. He was very informative but never attempted to sway us one way or the other. Ben was very patient, kind, professional and courteous. Did I say patient? After leaving the dealership on our first visit I was in contact with Ben via e-mail for several days. He was always quick to respond and even came in early after a day off to take care of one of my many questions. After finally deciding on a vehicle, Ben was quick to locate THE ONE we wanted from another dealership since there wasn’t one on their lot with the features we wanted. When we returned to finalize our purchase Ben had the paperwork ready, our vehicle detailed and full of gas. We will definitely look for Ben the next time we are looking to purchase. More

Really just went in to look around and ended up driving away with a used car Chrysler 300C the car was really well taking care of in good shape. The only thing I was disappointed about was a tank of gas. All the other cars I have bought in the past give you a full tank of gas before leaving the lot so that was kind of a disappointment to me. The only other thing was it was late at night and they was not able to detail the car fully and was given a time frame to bring back which does not work with my work schedule so I guess I will be doing the cleaning. But other than the 2 issues I had the dealership and sales person was friendly and I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
