When we went back to sign the finance papers he was already with another customer but whiel working with both of us he made us feel like we were the only customer he had. We were looking specifically for used Red Ford Edge. Shelor Motor Mall was the only dealership within 100 miles with any inventory and price attractive. We give Rick Harrison 5 plus stars for his part of the process. It is unfortunate that the Shelor Motor Mall used car preparation team did not make sure that all the options for the car where ready. They did not verify that the door security code was available for the car before it was put up for sale. Now we have to make another four hour round trip to Shelor plus service time for the service department to hook the car up to obtain the factory set door security code. Or just not use this feature. Also it took what I felt was an unnecessarily lengthy amount of time for the sales department to approve the deal and then send us over to the business office. Both of these issues Rick had no control over and it is unfortunate that he has to deal with such a handicap. Any recommendation we make to others about Shelor will include the need to back a lunch and book for the waiting time. Had it not been for these two events this dealer would have gotten a 5 over all! I had bought another car from Hilda a few years ago for my oldest son and felt real comfortable working with Hilda again. She asked what we were looking for, the price range and then she went to work. We purchased our new vehicle on Monday, 6/10/13 and are very happy with the purchae. i would recommend the Shelor Motor Mile to anyone and especially Hilda Miles. A great lady to work with. More

When I began looking into purchasing a car by myself with no credit or co-signer I was very apprehensive. However I was referred to Shelor Motor Mile Select in Christiansburg because a friend of the family was able to purchase a car a while back and she was in a similar predicament. At first I had originally wanted to buy a truck, however after looking at the selection they had compared to my price range-they didn't necessarily match up; but thankfully I was helped by Daniel Paige and he helped me to find the next best thing. I purchased my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that day, and was able to get a loan by Shelor themselves. Everyone at this particular dealership was especially friendly and welcoming. I felt very welcome there, and completely changed my view on purchasing a vehicle. Although the initial experience was stressful in itself especially only being 19, the employees I did work with were very helpful and reassuring and took some of the anxiety away. Thank God.
