Shelor Used Car Superstore

I drove down to Shelor one Saturday morning from Roanoke after having shopped around for various vehicles for about a month. I was met by Tim Johnston on the Kia lot and during my visit I test drove about f after having shopped around for various vehicles for about a month. Tim was very courteous and traveled all over the various lots at the Shelor Motor Mile to retrieve those vehicles in order for me to test drive. Tim was very organized and personable. I was allowed to take a 2010 Honda Accord off the lot and home for the remainder of the weekend to see if it was something I'd like to purchase. Needless to say I did in fact purchase the Accord come Monday afternoon. Tim and I were able to work a deal by email during the day on Monday as I was at work and limited on phone access / privacy at my job. When I returned the vehicle Monday evening after work, I expressed some desire to have the brakes checked and the car detailed inside and out before purchasing. Tim immediately took the vehicle to the shop to have the brakes checked and then escourted the vehicle to the car detail shop where he made sure my expectations were met. Also during this time Tim traveled back and forth to make sure I was were I needed to be. This is where Pete Tienvieri comes into play. Tim takes me over to the finance dept and introduces me to Pete. Pete is a very friendly associate who was very patient and went over all the financing details of the vehicle I was about to purchase with me. Pete was also very organized and made the process seamless. I was also impressed when Pete delivers me a coupon with no expiration date for a $500 trade-in coupon good for my next purchase on the Shelor lot, whenever that may be in the future. Once the finance aspect was done, Tim was waiting for me in the lobby of the finance dept with the car (which met all my expectations I had set forth earlier) parked out front running with gas in it. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and there was no lag or misuse in time management on any level. I appreciate the professional, friendly, courteous staff and my experience thus far in dealing with the Shelor Motor Mile. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

In 05 we bought our firebird from shelor and had awesome service so when we desided to buy another vehicle we went straight to shelors web site and started looking .
