This is the second time I have dealt with the Shelor Select Program and I should have based my second visit on my first and not even have made a second trip. My present trip to Shelor was horrible and a Select Program and I should have based my second visit on my first and not even have made a second trip. My present trip to Shelor was horrible and a waste of time. My husband spoke to Mike Parks on the phone and he assured us that if we made the 1 hour trip up there in the snow and freezing rain that we would leave with a 4x4 vehicle. After arriving he then turns us over to Joe Diamond Jr. and Mr. Diamond gets all our information and returns to tell us that he couldn't get us in a 4x4 but he could get us in a car. About an hour later he informs us that he could not help us without a down payment of at least 1,000 and at that much our selection was limited to two 13 year old cars. My husband proceed to ask Mr. Diamond a few questions in which he replied that he would go talk to his managers and get back with us. A few moments later he arrives back with his manager Patricia where she informs us there is nothing she can do for us in a non-professional way. The Shelor Select Program claims to be a program for people with not so good credit..well it does exactly the opposite and does no help. This is my last and final time of ever doing bussiness with Shelor again. If your smart you wont do bussiness with them in the first place unless you would like hours of wasted time and the expense of wasted gas. I will be informing family, friends, and facebook network of the unprofessional quality that Shelor provides. More
