Do not use Shelor !!! Very unhappy customer ! Anyone wanting to purchase a new car do not use Shelor. They lied when we purchased our new KIA Optima. We were told we could get items added that were not wanting to purchase a new car do not use Shelor. They lied when we purchased our new KIA Optima. We were told we could get items added that were not available. Then they changed figures on the paperwork, which cost us an extra $ 950.00. They installed an autostart knowingly would not work. Then lied again saying it was replaced when it was not. We finally got that fixed. We were told since we had all the problems they would give us a good trade. Been waiting since last Friday on that info from Ford. We finally heard from Ford today, Wednesday. We were completely insulted when they offered us 3000.00 less for the KIA than Magic City did. Also, Curtis was suppossed to give us a really good deal to make up for all the problems. That was a joke. Basically, we are completly screwed for a couple of years until the balance comes down. We'll never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. The only positive note was service finally got the autostart fixed. Sales and management were horrible ! More

I dont know much about cars and what not but when my alternator went out i called shelors to tow it and i live in galax va they told me it would be about 125 $$ turns out they charged me 250 $$ also the alternator went out i called shelors to tow it and i live in galax va they told me it would be about 125 $$ turns out they charged me 250 $$ also the idler and belt in my car was bad so i told them to go ahead and fix it which i kind of regret now because there charging me almost 900 dollars for something simple and cheap i could have gotten some where else with just as good service i wouldnt recomend sending your car here to get fixed its just over priced i could have had my car worked on localy for half the price but i trusted them to be resonable with there prices but in the end im broke and they done fixed it so i guess im stuck with paying alot of money i dont have. i have to pick it up morrow hopefully they will work with me on the price thats just awful. More
