Pat was so great she helped us get the car we really wanted and she wouldnt let us leave without it. I really liked her I hated how long it took almost 5hrs it was a very long day. I had to buy a new care due to a work relocation from MA to NC. I wanted to have the car picked out and ready to go for when I arrived to NC. I contacted several dealerships and Shelor was the ONLY one will to NC. I wanted to have the car picked out and ready to go for when I arrived to NC. I contacted several dealerships and Shelor was the ONLY one willing to hold a car for me until I arrived. I put a small down payment and had everything ready for me when I arrived 4 weeks later. Mike kept me updated via text and phone, took care of all of the regulations as well as confirmed the car had been in no accidents. Additionally Shelor is handling all of the DMV related requirements for me. My plates and title are getting mailed to me which made the whole process that much easier. Highly recommended if you are moving to the area and know what car you want. More
